COMBAT HOCKEY SIGNS LOS ANGELES KINGS CAPTAIN, DUSTIN BROWN


OTTAWA (Canada) – July 2010 - Combat Hockey is pleased to announce the signing of NHL player, Los Angeles Kings Captain, Dustin Brown to a multi year endorsement contract. As an USA Olympic Hockey Silver Medalist and 1st round draft pick (13th overall), Dustin is quickly becoming a legend in his own right. As part of the agreement, Dustin will use the industry leading Combat composite One Piece Stick Technology in all NHL regular season and playoff games for duration of the agreement.

Ranked second in the NHL with 287 hits…Dustin is one of three Kings to play in all 82 games. Selected as the Kings Most Popular Player and recipient of the Kings Community Service Award…Kings nominee for 2009-10 King Clancy Memorial Trophy…Two points (1-1=2) and OT winner April 11 at Colorado (4th career OT goal)…100th consecutive game (streak started 2-27-09) April 3 vs. ANA...Second career hat trick and career high four points (3-1=4) April 1 vs. VAN…Career high three assists Jan. 26 at TOR...Played in 400th NHL/Kings game Jan. 23 at DET...Two points (1-1=2) and OT winner Dec. 9 at SJ (3rd career OT goal)...Points (4-6=10) in 7 straight games (Oct 15-28)...Had zero points and plus-2 rating in six games with USA (alternate captain) in Olympics (USA won silver medal)...First Olympic selection.
